Fluid refers to something that is capable of flowing smoothly and gracefully in a way that seems relaxed.
Medium refers to the storage and transmission tools used to store and deliver information or data for any purpose. I consider the internet the most incredible and fluid medium there is, besides consciousness, but that's another story. The point is that nearly anything you can invent or conceive of is possible in your personal web design.
